Bionic is a Mod for eMule, with many differences to those that already exist. As you know, a Mod for eMule is a modification-amplification of the original program, so that you can continue using eMule exactly as you did, but with additional improvements and options that the official version doesn't offer.

More specifically, this Bionic has very useful functions like automatic reconnection if it detects a low ID, automatic detection of incomplete files on the network, it supports the new Webcaché system, and even has a WAP server account, so you can manage your downloads from your mobile phone. Bionic has many languages you can download from the author's website.

As with all eMule Mods, the best way is you try it and see the effectiveness it offers in your PC and configuration, but Bionic is also a good option to improve the functionality of your eMule.
